Blue Dart Express — I received a fraud parcel

I ordered through an page and they delievered so cheap products. And they are not even replying to my messages now. What can i do to get my refund back? Please help me to return this parcel. My awb number is [protected] please try to look into this matter and get my money back. I am continuosly trying to contact him but he is not picking up my call.
