This is simply because the delivery executive nor his seniors could not distinguish between a home address and a corporate address. Got to know after speaking to one ms ishta at customer care. When the address is complete in all aspects, a professional company like blue dart is engaging people who cannot read or understand the address details. The consignment is lying idle waiting for some miracle to happen. The customer care executive is least bothered about the importance of time And wastage / suffering we undergo as it simply says it cannot be delivered today. Highly insensitive approach by blue dart. Shame on such services from a premier agency. I can share more details if the senior executives are inclined to address the issue.
