Blue Dart Express — I'm complaining about staff behavior and language at Sonepat Centre | |||||
The guys at Sonepat refused to handover my courier when I sent my driver to pick up my handset. Considering I'm hospitalized for leg surgery, I agreed to provide him online verification as well including aadhar, passport. I even agreed to pay some charges. But he was rude and started using slangs and unethical language. I would request you to take further actions in this regard. Since it was medical emergency, I had sent my driver. This isn't the way to treat anybody. Highly disappointing that a company as good as blu dart doesn't indulge in any checks before appointing such people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
