Dear Blue Dart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my shipment, as the delivery executive has been unable to deliver the package and has updated the delivery status incorrectly.

Delivery Location: Sriram Nagar, Hyderabad
Expected Delivery Date: 12 / 13 December 2025
The delivery attempt has been marked as “Prohibited Area – Entry Restricted”, which is incorrect. The delivery location is fully accessible, and no such restriction exists.
I personally spoke with the delivery executive and requested him to hand over the shipment. However, without properly listening or attempting delivery, the status was wrongly updated as “Prohibited Area – Entry Restricted.”
This has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. If the shipment is not delivered immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to HP and request cancellation of the order due to poor delivery service.
I request you to kindly investigate this issue, correct the delivery status, and ensure delivery at the earliest.
