I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order with INCLUD on 2 May 2025. The shipment (Tracking ID: [protected]) has been stuck in transit since 18 May at the DELHI OFFSITE HUB due to a "space constraint, " as shown in Shiprocket and Blue Dart tracking updates.

Despite several follow-up emails and ticket IDs (including 326511), INCLUD has not taken any meaningful action. Their only responses have been system-generated or automated replies, with no resolution or delivery arranged as of 22 May.

The shipment was supposed to be delivered by 19 May. This delay has caused me serious stress and inconvenience, and no customer care agent has helped despite multiple escalations.

I request urgent intervention for either immediate delivery of my package or cancellation with an official closure notice. I am attaching proof including screenshots and email replies.

    Complaint Regarding SSD Delivered to Wrong Address by Blue Dart

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding a parcel (an SSD) that was supposed to be delivered to me but was instead delivered to the wrong address by the Blue Dart delivery personnel.

    Blue Dart has committed fraud and there is no refund option.

    Courier delivery

    The consignment bearing docket number [protected] [[protected]] was not received by us. But their tracking shows the consignment was delivered to us on[protected] @20.55.

    We did not receive the cover till today.

    Send lots of emails, but no response from their side. Sent emails to their customer care, nodal officer, marketing... No reply....

    Blue dart couriers at kottayam never deliver product to addresses. They would ask to come and collect even when within their operational area.
    i had multiple bad experiences.
    They would just update delivery status as attempted, address not correct etc.
    Please do something if they do care about customers.

      Non delivery of shipment at correct address

      My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Vidyaranyapura, India on Jan 05, 2024. It is notified in the tracker that the pin code is wrong, and it is returned to the hub.
      I have received all the couriers and online shopping deliveries on time on the same address without any problem and I have rechecked the address on the courier.

      However after reaching a point close to my home it has been redirected with web and delivery delayed.

      Non-delivery of shipment

      I was expecting a shipment of a bag I ordered and the delivery boy with Cell no[protected] called me at 5:46 PM. I returned the call and spoke to him several times till 8 PM where he said he will deliver the bag and leave. I have been waiting for the last 2 hours and he is not picking the phone.       It's not new, whenever we order any product thru online platforms like Meesho and Amazon, this courier service denied to deliver the things to our home address in Trichy. Instead, they insist us to come and collect from their head office. If it is small things means ok. What about the big things which I ordered two big mattress now. Do I have to spend thousands extra to take to my home. Then what purpose this blue dart service exist in this country. Sellers should stop tied up with such worst service providers.

        Ref: AWB No: [protected]
        For the second day in a row, the shipment was not delivered saying "Consignee not available". This is unacceptable! We were home both days.
        The courier did not attempt delivery! The courier did not call or enter the community either! The community logs and phone logs will prove this.
        Moreover, I raised a complaint on 27th when this first happened.
        The complaint number is 1158931 dated Nov 27, 2024 at 9:17 am. And again at 3pm on Nov 27, 2024. Nothing good came of the complaints. I was assured my shipment will be delivered on before 6:30 pm on Nov 27, 2024.
        But the same thing happened the second time as well on the Nov 27th. While we were waiting for the shipment, I received an SMS below at 9:39 pm
        "Sorry to have missed you while delivering Shipment with AWB#[protected]. Click https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/GGnjPd70 to reschedule delivery as per your convenience - BlueDart"
        Will BlueDart ever deliver this high value item in the near future or will it keep saying "Consignee not available"?
        I am exploring legal options to escalate this issue to the highest level possible.

          My shipment has been stuck at Anugul Bluedart office, I have contacted them with [protected] to deliver it. First they told me that they will be delivering it but after 3 days they told they can't deliver it and told me to file a complaint with rude behavior.
          This is the third shipment through bluedart that I am facing such issues.
          It is a humble request, please take necessary actions so that such issues can be avoided in future

            Blue dart Package not received

            I was expected to receive my package with AWB# [protected] today, but now it is showing as Status Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.
            This is simply not possible, as I have the entire and correct address provided to the bank, and I have literally received 2 other packages exactly today itself on the same address (AWB #[protected] and AWB# [protected]).
            For #[protected], I didn't even receive any call from any delivery...

            When I tried rescheduling link, it first set to nov 15, but when I opened link again today it changed to nov 16.
            Pls deliver it today, it's only 6-7 km away from address
