For the second day in a row, the shipment was not delivered saying "Consignee not available". This is unacceptable! We were home both days.
The courier did not attempt delivery! The courier did not call or enter the community either! The community logs and phone logs will prove this.
Moreover, I raised a complaint on 27th when this first happened.
The complaint number is 1158931 dated Nov 27, 2024 at 9:17 am. And again at 3pm on Nov 27, 2024. Nothing good came of the complaints. I was assured my shipment will be delivered on before 6:30 pm on Nov 27, 2024.
But the same thing happened the second time as well on the Nov 27th. While we were waiting for the shipment, I received an SMS below at 9:39 pm
"Sorry to have missed you while delivering Shipment with AWB#[protected]. Click https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/GGnjPd70 to reschedule delivery as per your convenience - BlueDart"
Will BlueDart ever deliver this high value item in the near future or will it keep saying "Consignee not available"?
I am exploring legal options to escalate this issue to the highest level possible.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
