I have not received my product, the website says address incorrect/incomplete even though i have received other products from bluedart at this address....

My consignment from bank was booked on 19th Jan and supposed to deliver on 20th Jan. I started calling customer service from 22nd Jan and they keep on telling today the shipment will be delivered. But today (24jan), again i called them, they are saying location constraint. If location is constraint, either they should be knowing at the time of booking or during my calls to them. Giving wrong information all the time, keeping the consignment...

I am receiving a message that the OTP was not shared or was incorrect and so the courier wasn't delivered. But nobody even came to the door, neither did I receive any OTP. Blue dart never even made an effort to deliver the courier, and updated the status to delivery attempt failed. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from Blue Dart....

The above address is correct as other parcels are also delivered on the same.

Today my Axis bank credit card was arriving. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached Mumbai, and is out for delivery on 11th January, which is my city where i live. I had sent package from Delhi to Lucknow on 3rd Jan 2024, however the package is still not delivered. The status shows as "Shipment Detained By Regulatory Authorities" waybill no: [protected]

I've bought a mobile cover from Zapvi.in and the delivery agency is Blue Dart.
The product had to be delivered on 26th December, 2023.
But till now it hasn't been delivered.
I've contacted too many times but every time I contacted to seller & delivery agent, they said that, my product will be delivered immediately....

My consignment status is showing "Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect".

There was no call or message from BlueDart regarding this delivery.

It was supposed to be delivered today (2nd Jan 2024), but now i am seeing this status.

This is highly frustrating to see that bluedart first delayed the delivery and then after 2 day delay when the delivery guy took it out for delivery, without even coming to my place, mentioned my place to be – “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery”.
First of all my area is not a quarantined zone, second your delivery guy did not even try to contact me on my phone, so he call tell me the issue.

I bought a mattress from the sleep company and the related courier is coming from Mumbai to Noida.

Today, 16 December the delivery should happen but it didn’t.

Note - When i tracked current status of my courier, it is showing customer requested future delivery (where I haven’t done this yet)

How can Blue Dart mark any issue...

I received a message from bluedart stating that the consignment with waybill no: [protected] was dispatched.
Till now, i didn't receive any update. Today i tried to track the consignment status, the tracking details showing that the courier person tried to deliver the courier saying that the Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect. I didn't receive a single call/sms from them regarding the delivery....

I had opened the IDFC first bank account and it's welcome kit was courier through Blue Dart. But it took delay in shipping with wrong date of delivery. After 2-3 days, now status showing that prohibited area-entry restricted for. The parcel is important for me as I don't know how many days I am here to the location, as I a traniee. I hope sudden action would be taken for it....

This is high value package waybill#[protected] which surprisingly has been documented in its status as delivered. However this is not received.
Despite repeated calls to the delivery person, no response has been received. Also, several calls to customer service e has not prompted any action

Please look into ASAP or arrange for refund of item value.
