Delivery not made, false status updates for retaining the package

My consignment status is showing "Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect".

There was no call or message from BlueDart regarding this delivery.

Bluedart srinagar has really become a joke as they simply dont care about delivering an item received in their srinagar office many days ago.Even email complaints to Bluedart did nothing.This has been happening in srinagar by bluedart from years when once it was among the few and had a very good service.i dont know about its service in rest of india but in srinagar its the worst courier and they simply dont care.

Undelivered shipment held without movement delay in rto process

A shipment assigned to me by Avvatar India (Blue Dart tracking number: [insert tracking number]) was refused by me on 24th July 2025 at the delivery address. Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

I was supposed to receive my parcel from from nykaa on 21/07/25 which was coming through bluedart but I didn't receive it nor I got a call from the assigned delivery partner. Daily I reschedule the delivery and daily it gets cancelled without giving any call to me and ive even made the payment for it. As days are passing its really getting irritating to go through the same thing everyday and your courier services is a brand itself please...

I received my order of rs 548 on 24th July 2025. I paid online infront of the delivery agent, at that time he said payment has been done. I also received SMS from my bank of the transaction. Dear Blue Dart Team,

My shipment (Waybill: [protected]) was booked on 7th July from Chhapra to Gangtok. The last update was on 12th July as “Shipment Further Connected” from Patna. Since then, there has been no tracking update. it was just around patna kolkata, again back to patna than kolkata, again patna, or after patna there is no tracking update from date of 12,
This delay is unacceptable and causing serious inconvenience. Please urgently trace the parcel and provide a clear status update.

Dear Team,

This is in reference to my shipment (Waybill No: [protected]), which has shown no tracking update since 12th July, despite your earlier assurance.

Your support team informed me that the package is at Kolkata Hub, but the tracking still shows the last scan at Patna Air Hub on 12th July at 16:02. It has been over three days without any movement or scan update, and this is causing me serious concern.

I suspect the shipment may be stuck or missed during transit without being scanned. Therefore, I kindly request you to:

Manually trace the parcel barcode at the Kolkata Hub or relevant transit point.

Update the tracking system, and

Ensure delivery without further delay.

Please consider this an urgent escalation. If the issue persists, I request a detailed clarification and resolution timeline.

    Bluedart cancelled on call

    Bluedart cancelled my courier without delivering and wrote cancelled on call.

    It was a pickup from headphonezone tracking number [protected].This was done by this person from bluedart [protected].

    One more order tracking number [protected] was not delivered at my residence it was lying at the hub for two days without delivery. i went to collect it personally from kasarvadavali hub....

    Bought an apple laptop that was delivered by bluedart on 06th. it was damaged on receipt. Contacted apple support who agreed to replace it. initially theie email said it will be picked up by 8th and bluedart assigned it to an agent on 9th.
