Blue Dart Express — incorrect information updated in the system | |||
- 28th october, 2017 - awb no.: [protected] - system updated by blue dart was incorrect - blue dart as per their system stated that the above awb no. Was delivered to the client on 10th october, 2017 and as per the system they have confirmed the client himself has accepted the courier package. However when the grievance was raised to blue dart and a signed copy of the awb no. Was requested, blue dart then looked into the matter only to realise that the consignment was still with them and they have delivered the same only on 28th october, 2017 after several follow-ups. This consignment had the pan card which was required by me urgently for my bank account submission. Was this information helpful? | |||

Blue dart massege me that the product will deliver today(27/10/2017) at my house at 141 shayampur bazar..this product is very importnt and urgent to me..because i have planned to go somewhere else on 28/10/2017 to see the delivery date...but they dont deliver the product today...so it seems very problemetic for me..

I have not received my package instead a got a message that it was delivered to Deepamala which is not me
I don't receive my credit card yet. 16 October was the delivery date. When my credit card will be delivere.
