Blue Dart Express — Irresponsible & un-ethical Courier Service Company | |||||
This is my second poor and pathetic experience with Blue Dart Express. Today they were supposed to deliver my credit card- HDFC bank. It's a common sense if I am applying for a credit card I am a working professional, which means during weekday's I will not be available at my residential address, ultimately you are supposed to call me once before delivering my courier to check if I am available at my residential address. Without any notification, the courier guy visits my place and just leave dropping a piece of paper (So called receipt) where his number name is not mentioned. Have some sense guys or hire a better team who can take care of your customer service management in an ethical and sensible way. Pathetic Service, Pathetic company. There was a time when you were the trustworthy company and today there are so many unhappy customers.
