Blue Dart Express — item delivery | |||||
Dear blue dart i've ordered an item on 19th september from amazon.in but the item wasn't delivered, as i was tracking my package it was showing that they attempt to delivery the item but they didn't, because this is not the first time i'm facing this problem, they did this twice to me and also with my cousin and with my friends. They just return the item to the seller. I don't know why they are doing this and i also talk to your customer service but they were telling me the repeated line that "your item will be delivered before 7:00pm". Every time. They have also given me a contact number which, i think is not valid. I think you should take serious action on your dhanbad branch. I hope you'll sort it out my problem.
