It is highly dissappointing to receive such poor service from your branch at bokaro steel city. I had to return an ordered packet from amazon. But despite raising the request ticket a week ago, none of your staff has showed up to pick the courier. Everyday, despite calling multiple times at the given contact nos. For your bokaro branch, either the no. Is always switched off or they do not respond. Even the last day of my return has lapsed. Now, i wish to know that who is responsible for the loss caused to me as i am unable to return it to the amazon based on the ticket raised now. My way bill no [protected] kalpana shirvi basement bora shilp below krushan play world red cross signal which was sent by air and the delivery date was 11/9/2017 I yet not recived the parcel they are giving unnecessary excuses. This thing was done 2 time so please do needful.
