My waybill no. Is [protected]. It has been shipped from surat to betul (Madhya pradesh), but when i tracked down the package, it only shows some mahaipalpur hub and insted of betul it was shipped to patna which is not what i said. When i tried to contact a bluedart employee, he only says"your package will be delievered in two days." as the tracking service says"mahaipalpur hub (Delhi) on hold for regulatory paperwork", then how is it possible that it'll be in betul in next 48 hours.?
I request you to kindly notify bluedart firm about this poor service and wrong destination acknowledgement. Thank you.
