Blue Dart Express Limited — Complaint Regarding Wrongful Charges of ESS (Covid Charges) and IDC Without Approval

A complaint regarding the recent invoice charges levied on our account. We have noticed that Emergency Situation Service (ESS/Covid Charges) have been applied, even though the Covid-related restrictions and emergency have long since ended. These charges are no longer valid and should not have been imposed. Additionally, we have also been billed for IDC (Infrastructure Development and Cost) Charges without our prior approval or consent. We request that Immediately refund the incorrectly charged amounts and ensure that such charges are not applied to our future invoices without approval. As a long-standing customer, we value our relationship with Blue Dart, but such unauthorized charges cause unnecessary inconvenience and financial burden. We expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
