[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed waybill no.[protected]

While tracking my package why is it showing consignee's address unlocatable/ landmark needed? I received a text message that package will be delivered today but yet its not delivered. Please fix this issue faster.

I'm facing this issue from past 2 months. Why don't the delivery boy make a phone call to know the address? Very pathetic and poor service by #bluedart.
