Dear sir/madam When we were away, it seems that some delivery boy came to our home to deliver some consignment in my name, D.K. SINGH, Address S-440, IInd Floor, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Deli-110048 on 20.10.2014 and left one slip. Thereafter, no one has come to deliver that consignment. I tried calling on the No. written on that piece of paper but of no avail. I don't know what is the status of that consignment meant for me. Pls send that consignment at my address immediately.     Delay in delivery and non-response of customer care numbers

    On 16th Oct 2014, an important courier (Waybill No: [protected]) was shipped from Namrup, Assam to Bangalore, Karnataka and committed to deliver within 3 days. Till date (1300 hours 22.10.2014), the courier is not delivered, and not even a single number of customer care cells respond us. Many numbers dont even ring. This delay has badly affected some scheduled agendas. Pl help....

    Hi, I want to bring your attention towards the service being provided by your courier service. I have my passport which was dispatched from vfs canada chandigarh since two days back. When i tried to reach designated people of that particular location no body cares to respond or if they answer they just put on hold without uttering a word. I am really shocked to see such customer delights provided by your team. That's pretty sure i wont ever in future will use services offered by you and will stop others to make use of ot for their personal harmony.               my mother has applied for uk visa through priority visa.it charges rs 10000 more than normal method.it is a matter o[censored]rgency to reach london.the embassy assured us that visa will be reaching within four working days.tje date applied was 14/10/2014.it has to reach by atleast 20th oct.the courier charges was also remitted as directed by embassy.till today there is no response from blue dart.and they are.showing an iresponsible attitude.my mother was supposed to travel today.with out visa how is it possible.who is responsible for our loss of money.please look in to this matter seriously.thanks. the visa applicant name.saramma mathai.courier bill num is[protected].my contact num [protected](hima mathew.

                The casio keyboard CTK2400 has been ordered on 12.10.14 through snapdeal. The blue dart courier was responsible to deliver at the door step. On 16.10.2014, the tracking status says that the address is not confirmed. The product still remains with the courier services.After so much of tracking, on 20.10.14, we are able to get the product. but the delivery person named Irfan, very rudely said that the product will not be delivered at the door step and argued to get the product near the main road, which is 300metres away from our home. the words spoken by the delivery man was absolutely unfair. He talk with irresponsibility, stating that if we don't come and get the product in the main road, it will placed in the ware house, and we are supposed to come to ware house to get the product. the customer support from the side of snapdeal has to make sure that the product reaches the customer at their home, and not like this in the irrelevant places. the blue dart courier should take care that they appoint responsible persons, polite enough towards the customer, to deliver the product with atmost care. this incident has to be take seriously, by the courier service and need to answer to us regarding this. Else we the literate people, knows different ways of moving ahead this issue legally by all means. |

                  I had ordered in Snap deal and as per blue dart web site the latest status is Waybill No : [protected] Bial Hub Shipment Arrived 20-Oct-2014 12:42 Pnr Service Centre Shipment Delivered 20-Oct-2014 12:12 Pnr Service Centre Shipment Out For Delivery 20-Oct-2014 10:46 I got message from blue dart stating its delivered on 20th oct at 12:12 PM but I have not received it. I don't know to whom and where the boy has delivered. I called customer care and they have no idea about this. I did not even get call from boy while delivering. One important point as per above status on it was delivered to me 20th at 12:!2 pm, then how did again shipment arrived BIAL hub again at 12:42 pm. I will never place order with snap deal as they ship through blue dart. Customer service of blue dart is worst I have ever seen

                    I ordered a headset online and the vendor shipped the merchandise through Blue-Dart. when I received email stating that its through Blue-Dart, I was happy that it will be delivered with a day or max -2. That’s the trust the brand has kept. On 16th October this was received by Surat office # [protected] and on 18th October 11:19am, this reached Delhi. I was expecting a delivery by evening. I called up the so called Toll free #[protected] which was not connecting at all, tried 3 times. Then I searched number for facility, #[protected] which was never picked. I decided to visit the facility, since it was just a walk away. I was calling this number all my way and no one picked up the call. Phone was still ringing when I was entering the booking office. There was a gentleman who checked with me how I may assisted. I asked him whether this number which I am calling is valid, he said yes it is and it is ringing. To my surprise there was a desk phone which was blinking in Red indicting that there was a calling, which was off ringer. I checked with him why the phone was not picked, he said he just walked in. he did not have reply to my question, so there was no one available for the last 45 minutes? Then I provided him with my way bill number, he replied its on its way from Surat. I opened Blue-Dart site and showed him the status. Then his reply was that, we did receive this however its short and it will be delivered on Monday. I was still surprised, however thought of waiting till Monday. I still have not received any update regarding this from Blue-Dart, even when I had submitted a complaint 19th October through their website. This is pathetic and I will never choose Blue-Dart in future.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam: This ordered item came to my place for delivery, unfortumnately no body was home as this was the working time for every one and being out of home is not unusal, IIndly, the courier by Blue Dart has no courtesy to leave his telephone no. or call at my mobile: 91 [protected] when he found my door locked. IInd time the courier came again at unannounced time which Blue Dart call centre gave between 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm on 18.10.2014. Blue dart call centre noted my phone no. but no body called up. I had also put a slip on my door to deliver at my neighbour or call my mobile. The courier did not care to read the the slip instead he put up his slip.                           My airway bill no. is [protected] I was supposed to receive my passport via blue dart on 17th October 2014 from Bombay. The logistics giant which claims to be South Asia's no. 1 delivered it to the wrong address which was company near my address. The company name wasn't even mentioned on my address either. I called up the Blue Dart's customer care and spoke to Ms Sara. I was informed that they will investigate the matter and let me know. Since, it was my passport which is a necessary document I took the matter in my own hands. I went to the local 24x7 office and enquired about the shipment. The person told me and showed me that is was delivered to the wrong address( copy attached) even in their POD (proof of delivery) my name wasn't mentioned properly neither was my address. Then I again called up the customer care and it said that they work only from 9am to 9pm which wasn't mentioned to me by Ms Sara. I had even mentioned to her that the shipment had my Passport. And till now I have not recd any calls from their end either apologizing or regarding the status of my shipment.The courier guy who delivered Mr. Keshav Patil told me that he will get it to me the next day at 11am, but I didn't trust Blue Dart anymore. We forced him literally to get my passport as I am going for my Masters course I needed it urgently. Then along with courier guy we went to the place where it was delivered and collected the passport. I even mailed them on 16th October regarding my passport stating that it has been delivered but I haven't received it, they mailed me back saying that it has been delivered and there's a STAMP on the POD. Seriously, is this the way South Asia's no. 1 logistics company works ? I was literally traumatised for 4-5 hours because of their poor service. This isn't the first time I've faced problem with blue dart. I had a parcel earlier AWB no. [protected] they updated on their website continuously for 4-5 days saying Status : DELIVERY ATTEMPTED-PREMISES CLOSED . The delivery guy did not even drop WE MISSED YOU card. But, on all those days we were at home. We had even called up the local office they didn't give us a proper response and hung up on us. I am really upset and I want a compensation from their end for such a poor quality of service.

                            To Blue Dart Duliajan, Assam Pin-786602 Date: 18.10.2014. (at 5.00 PM) Dear Sirs: Non Delivery of Consignment No.[protected] I booked a consignment from your office at Duliajan on 13th Oct., 2014 to my son at Bangalore, which contained a Bank Draft being my son’s examination fee. The said fee was supposed to be deposited to my son’s institute latest by 18th Oct., 2014 failing which he will be barred from sitting in the examination. Besides, the late deposit will also invite a penalty of Rs.4500.00. Your tracking service as on now, only shows entry up to 14.10.2014 (with expected delivery date showing 15.10.2014). In spite of the consignment being booked on 13.10.2014 it has not reached the addressee till now (i.e. 17.10.2014). My repeated distress call to your Customer Service Cell / Bangalore Blue Dart office / Originating Blue Dart office at Duliajan have failed to come out with a satisfactory reply. View above, I request you to take urgent steps to locate the consignment and hand over to the addressee. Moreover, since such a costly Courier service like yours have failed to deliver, I urge upon you to refund full amount of the Courier charge paid to you.                                 Allow me to bring your kind attention regarding service provided by Bluedart office In Tezpur Assam pin-784001. They didnot deliver the courier timely.And even if some one visit personally to collect the courier they ask them to come later that they could not find the courier.So many times complaint is registered but not taken any action against them. I request kindly take some immediate steps and improve the service, Blue dart a multinational company we are not expecting such kind of service.

I also gave alternate number to them . they said they will contact me today . Today i got call from agent with number [protected], he told he was at my home . I told him yesterday only i updated your customercare that to deliver at office address he suddenly cut the call . when i called back he said he will give to his local office and he does not know whether it will be delivered or not today . what type of service, not even giving proper answer and not proper track of call .                                       I demand a strong action against the company blue dart express, they fail to deliverer on of my Important bank document to my address, reason being "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". I do get regular consignment from bank to my address, the reason stated above is just avoiding there responsibility to deliver, later I came to know that Blue dart operated here as franchisee and they have sub franchisee, If they could not located for any dame reason there is a mobile number in the document address they do not even bother to call to collect the same from there office if they have issue to deliver to the address mention in the document, Its now more than 10 day they are still trying to deliver, somebody of the local office called we shall get it deliver yesterday the same is not done till now, moreover the number from which I received the call while call back they do not pick up the phone .

                                      Same on blue dart, I demand a compensation for the hassasment

                                      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I booked a consignment with Blue Dart on 13th October in Gurgaon to be delivered in Kolkata. The consignment was supposed to be delivered as per the claims of the company on the next date. Consignment number for the said consignment is [protected]. Till the time I write to you the consignment has not yet reached the destination that is even after 4 days. Even a very local courier company at half the rate delivers the consignment to Kolkata from Gurgaon within maximum 48 hrs time. Blue Dart inspite of charging almost three times the local courier charges have failed to deliver even the minimum service levels which is a shame on the organization. In these circumstances I strongly call upon the Company to explain such massive deficiency of services from its end and why it should not be compensating me for such deficiency of services. If I do not get a satisfactory reply and/or the consignment does not get delivered by the end of day today Blue Dart shall be liable for all cost and consequences arising there from.
