I have placed an order of an electronics item on snapdeal on 17th may 2015 and the seller handover the item to BLUE DART at HYDRABAD location on 18th May, while I tracked the waybill no. on bluedart, it is showing that the item will be delivered on 22nd may, but they did not delivered the item on 22nd May. Although I have tracked on their website but they did not update any information, also I tried to contact to the Bluedart customer service in many places but I did not get any response from their site.
They need to update your tracking website in frequent manner. The information of the waybill no. is such that:
