[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Non delivery of orders | |||
This is with regards to my order i placed on jabong.com bearing order no [protected], tracking no. [protected]. I made several calls to blue dart customer care to track my order but all in vain. The concerned person told me my order will be delivered from Verna center and that he had visited my residence and found it closed even when everyone was present at home. Also, I was not informed by the concerned person on the day of the delivery that it will be delivered on that day, despite him having my contact details. Every time I have a parcel to be delivered from Blue Dart I have always been given the same excuse for the non delivery of parcel. I tried contacting the Verna center, Verna -Goa, but the calls were unanswered {Rohan -[protected], Verna center-[protected]}. Evidently they are giving false excuses for poor servicing. This behaviour is highly unacceptable considering that the company has declared on their website that it is "committed to providing world - class service every time!". I need the parcel urgently as i will be going out of station early Monday morning and secondly I have already done the payment. Please look into this matter as early as possible as the parcel is urgently required. Hoping that strict action will be taken in future to prevent such inconvenience.
