Dear Sir/Mam, With reference to above subject i would like to inform you that on dated 19/07/14 i booked a order at homeshop 18. My AWP no was [protected] which i have not received till date while the status on site is customer refused to take the parcel. One more order which i booked at homeshop 18 having Awb no. [protected] was also not delivered to me. Each time this is happening to me. Further i would request you to kindly look upon my complaint and do the needful. Thanking You, Manoj
