Blue Dart Express — misplaced order | |||||
I got an order from momoe express via sham trading delivery.. I dint not place the order and it was delivered to me.. It costs 1499.. It was an anlogue fastrack mutlicolour combination watch box. The watches are of fake brand. I dont want the watches. I want to return the order. How can i get the refund? Please let me know the way to return the order. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 5 december.I got a message stating that they couldn't find my location and to reschedule the delivery i need to make a call to the customer care number..imade a callbut i didn't get any response.I need that package urgently..please deliver the package.

Shouldn't a refund be claimed/made as per your policy for detayed delivery?
