Blue Dart Express — Misplacement of return order

Sushil kumar from blue dart solan call me on 3rd feb 2016 to say that they will come to recieve a book that i have to return back to flipkart. he gave me mob. no. ([protected]) of the person who will recieve book from me. person with mob. no. [protected] from blue dart express solan, HP came to me on 4 feb 2016, to recieve a book, which i had bought from flipkart. They did 'nt give me any receipt of that.. and now they are not able to track my return order. so please take action against this misplacement
