Blue Dart Express — misrouted- delayed delivery

The consignment ([protected]) was sent for delivery on 27th nov, and the bluedart employee said it would reach destination within 2-3 days.

Despite their commitment the status is showing 'misrouted-delivery delayed', and delivery date 4th dec.

This type of service is not at all acceptable by blue dart and also for such hefty amount of money.

Please look into this matter and refund for the delay from your side

I want to log Complaint against concerning person of beed office, who get the booking of parcel of Chikhli and now saying the we not give service to that location.27th March 21 is the date of sending the parcel which is very important need to deliver before 31st March regarding year end, same was not yet delivered and concerning official is not pickings calls o[censored]s.Kindly take strict action against him.
