[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Miss Behavior of Blue Dart Staff | |||||
Hello Sir, I request to my ICICI Bank to send me check book. I got a msg that i will be be receiving my check book through blue dart courier. As i know the policy ever courier company attempt 3 times to customers if not available and also call before going (i personally request to my bank that ask them to call before coming to me and mention my contact also but i didnt receive any call) and your blue dart store is just 100 m from my PG. Today when i personally take off from my office i gone there to collect my check book and know my status. i saw they update that i was not available. they updated incorrect info and even didnt call me before coming. when i said sir i am here to collect my check book i also have ID and details please give me my check book they started blaming me that it was my fault we dont give call and all. and didnt even give me my check book. your store was in sukhrali sector 17 M.G.
