Blue Dart Express — My item delivery | |||||
My parcel Waybill Number : [protected] is not yet delivered. Each time i call customer care, they say "the shipment is out fir delivery" but i have not received my parcel. Its been 3 days since the shipment is out for delivery and it was supposed to get delivered. Pathetic service from blue dart. I have written a numerous mails but all in vane. I need a strict action on this, before i take this issue further. Below is my mail conversations. They always give the same response that the parcel is out for delivery. FYI there is no Political Disturbance / Strike occurring at my place i.e. the delivery address. Please arrange the delivery by today i.e. 30/07/2016 or let me know the location where my package is lying, so that i can collect the same i[censored] can't deliver. I won't be available at the delivery location from 1st August 2016 onwards, so cannot receive if delivery is attempted then.
