Lewis simon 4:20 pm (19 hours ago) To prathibhad Dear prathiba, My shipment arrived at the local hub on 19th oct and after waiting for delivery i was compelled to write to you on 22nd oct. You assured me 5 days ago that you have informed the concerned delivery station to contact and deliver the shipment on priority. Today is 27th oct. Nothing has happened yet. This is how your people follow your instructions??? On phoning no one picks up/ when i write the mail bounces and i get the message Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [protected]@bluedart.com The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly. Now this is bordering on customer harassment. No more excuses i want it delivered at once. Fyi blue dart hub is 14 mins of walking distance from my house.
