Blue Dart Express — My parcel was delivered to someone else instead of me without any information.

My parcel had reached my home district Barmer on 6th March, after that without informing me the parcel was given to some unknown person, when I tried to contact your staff they did not give me any reply, the parcel was my current account cheque diary and ATM which is very important for me, due to not having the cheque I am facing problem due to not having any financial transaction for a long time.
