Blue Dart Express — network issue, will impact delivery - no eta provided

Delivery date was stated as 23rd of july. But on that day the status changed to, network issue, will impact delivery' and when i am contacting customer care they are unable to provide any eta. They ignore my call max times.

May i know when this issue will be solved and the product which was supposed to get delivered to me within two days of order instead of taking 6+ days will be delivered.
