I was to receive my credit card from ICICI bank dispatched through Blue Dart Awb# [protected]. The cover was addressed to my old address of Rajkot but my 2nd address of Jamnagar was also mentioned therein as i was told by the Blue Dart representative who came to deliver the article and called me from Rajkot. Then the next day i.e. 28.06.19, i have contacted Blue Dart office at Rajkot on telephone no[protected], there also the representative assured me that we will redirect the article to Jamnagar at the given alternate address. I waited for the article to be delivered at Jamnagar but didn't get any response.
Further while checking the tracking status of the article it was seen that i/o sending the article to Jamnagar the article was sent to Junagadh. I again contacted the Blue Dart Office at Rajkot and asked them about my article and i was told that the article is still at Rajkot. I asked them to keep the article at Rajkot itself, i will come myself and collect the article, but i was told that article will be delivered on the given address. I agreed and went to rajkot on 03.07.19, i repeatedly called at the office of Blue Dart on[protected] but i got the answer that the delivery boy is out and he will come there after some time. I waited there i.e. at my old address for whole day i.e. upto 2000 hrs. I called at the office of Blue Dart a number of times but every time i was told that the delivery boy will call you and come there any moment.
I didn't received my article on 3rd July and when i called the O/o Blue dart on 4th i was told that u will get it at Jamnagar. When i called there again i was told that the article gas been returned as per the directions from the bank.
I want to know why i have been harassed for getting my own article for which i have even travelled all the way to Rajkot from Jamnagar. I am working as Superintendent of Posts, Jamnagar and carrying a huge responsibility. Even an officer of Superintendent cadre was mentally and physically harassed by the representative of Blue Dart at Rajkot.
I want a clear and fruitful reply in this regard as it was very embarassing, otherwise i would be forced to approach consumer court for compensation.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by abhijeetsonu I have even got the call details for the number of times i have called to your representative at Rajkot and even have the call recordings if you need in case. I m also attaching the screen shots of tracking report which clearly shows that the article was sent to Junagadh i/o Jamnagar.
