I have ordered some cosmetic items through NYKA online app. The package will be delivered between 17.07.2019 and 20.07.2019. No information from blue dart courier service. I was trying to contact the office for the last two days. However unable to contact the company and nobody is lifting the telephone.

      I have purchased an item from flipkart and the same has been sent to my address via blue dart. Yesterday (17 Jul 19) I had received an SMS from Blue dart that item will be delivered today (18 Jul 19) and when I tracked the progress at around 8pm on 18 Jul 19, got an confirmation of delivery asking feedback of the same. It says item delivered by Mr Sanjay Ramdas Zade and delivery add as educational institution. But I have not received any calls from the individual nor the item (I had checked with security at the gate too).

      Please check and confirm me the where about of my item and tell me why it was not delivered??

        Status was changed to "consumer requested future delivery" while i didn't even get a call or intimation about it. And arrogance when i ask about it!
        If the company cannot deliver on a certain date, it shouldn't promise delivery on that date. I set aside my work just to take delivery today, and instead i hear "the status was mistakenly changed, we will deliver it tomorrow or whenever you're free".

          My airway bill no.[protected]
          My shipment tracking is wrong updated as premises closed despite of being at my home. This is highly regretting and unprofessional. The tracking details should not be wrong ly updated at any case.
          I have been waiting entire day for my courier to arrive.
          I request you to look into the matter as early as possible and have my courier delivered today itself before any legal action is taken.

            I ordered my phone on 16 July 2019 and until yesterday it was showing to be in transit and was due to be delivered today i.e. 18 July 2019(AWB: [protected]). Today morning i.e. 18 July 2019, the online tracking is displaying the status as "Delay caused beyond control". I tried reaching out to the customer care people but to no avail. That's such a poor logistic service by Blue Dart. I would be travelling from Saturday onwards and won't be back until a month. There won't be anyone to receive the product. Would file a complaint with the seller company not to dispatch products through Blue cart couriers.

                Hi sir so many times i'm facing the problem waybill number -[protected] still not delivered.. Delivery boy called my mobile on[protected] morning today that he busy tomorrow i he will deliver my courrierr like that he told i told k sir.. Yesterday morning[protected] i called to his mobile he told some other will deliver your courrier within evening he told still not delivered. Today morning i called to his mobile he told near ur home gate but now 2hrs over still not delivered... It's very urgent courrier and i'm feeling too much about this poor service... Pls help me. And while tracking waybill it's status showing consignee out of station why putting false statements...

                  Last two days my product not deliver.

                  Reasons[protected] at 9pm try to deliver in office when office is closed.
                  Reason[protected] at 3.20pm evening he didn't find me (Where my two mobile no is mentioned and there is reception also)

                  I called customer care 50 times every time same commitments we will try to deliver today as our best.
                  Simply sitting in ac room make false commitments and continue

                  Don't worry try this harassment to peoples and make world largest delivery company.
                  All are rejected bluedart such a day will come.

                      No person contacted me about delivery. But the status in the tracker changing hour to hour. This is the 2nd time happening this way. My order is returning to distributor.                         I ms. Bhakti prashant wagh getting continue msg of the atm card delivery but since i am unable to track it... Kindly courier my atm card to my residence address. I am not able to understand what is the matter of this things... Kindly contct me as soon as possible. I have contected u people many times only bill rings of landline no one pickups d call.

                            There are many courier than gets delivered to my address but this particular delivery person demands to comes to point away from office. By the time do comes to the delivery point he suggested he leaves the area saying i was late. At least he should come near the office gate like most delivery people. He just doing for his ease of work. Not considering whether recipient can reqch to him on such short notice. This have happening for couple of days now.

                            Please make areangement to make him deliver to exact address. My waybill number:[protected], reference no:[protected].

                            From HDFC bank issue a debit card for me and your agent will call me and confirm my address and says your card will be dispatched tomorrow. But no one will call me and I have track my consignment and it is showing consignee out of station. But I at home .

I got a message that my order is out for delivery and will be delivered by s amaresh at +91 [protected]. I continuously tried him but he disconnected the call every time and my order status is showing he tried to deliver but my office was closed. My office was open till 7 pm and if it was closed why he didn't call me. Even today he is not picking my call. Kindly look into the matter asap as my order is paid.

                                The shipment wasn’t delivered saying as prohibited area - Restricted for delivery .
                                They didn’t even contacted me once to ask for the directions or anything and just sent a simple message to me - ‘prohibited area ‘
                                How can they do that without contacting me once . I did put a landmark so that they don’t find any difficulty in finding the address .
                                This is unbearable .

                                  My particular consignment has not been delivered but i am surprised to see status changes.
                                  There is no call or even an attempt by the delivery person to get in touch and directly changing status to consigne not available is an easiest excuse.
                                  Very bad experience and is happening the 2nd time.
                                  Very keen to see what they change promptly on their status tracker.

                                        I have received a text saying that my credit card will be delivered today but i didn't got any call from any blue dart delivery executive but when i see tracking details it shows that status is c'nee shifted from given address. How come you not contacting the consignee give such status, i want this issue to be resolved asap, and also suggesting to give delivery executive contact details to the consignee.

                                        Blue dart has to deliver me my credit card on 10th july 2019 but they didn't deliver it and given the status that consignee has shifted from address without even contacting me and they again said it will be delivered again on 11th July 2019 the delivery executive gave a missed call at 12:48 pm instead of calling me and updated the status as consignee shifted from address as earlier he has done but immediately I called him at 12:50 pm within 2mins but he didn't lift the call at all I had tried so many times but he didn't lifted the call why blue dart is so irresponsible about this I want this issue to be resolved ASAP
                                        The captioned AWB NO. BOOKED on 8th July. It is learnt received by bluedart office on 10th july. Upon contact your office personal informed that will deliver on 12th. Very bad service in your part. Ordinary post is better.
