Icici bank send a courier to me from mumbai to vijayawada on 29.06.2019 vide airway bill number [protected].
It was not delivered till now and i am constantly contacting customer care.
But no use. Problem not rectified and courier not reced.

Your customer care people are saying tomorrow we will inform you the status. Not delivering the consignment. Just status.
Days are running out and i have not received the lc copy from bank and i am about to lose my export order.
You are simply saying any further assistance, please write to us or call us on [protected].
I prefer to pray god rather than calling your customer care. You also do the same thing and if possible and appoint some panditjis so that your customers will get good service with the help god.

Dear madam
Till date i have not recd the consignment. No one is responding.
Simply you send a regret mail and your job is over.
Day before yesterday i called your call center and they educated me about turn around time and i waited till now. No use.
Once the customer registers a complaint with blue dart, is it not blue dart responsibility to constantly update the customer till the problem is solved???
Give me you in charge phone number i would like to talk to them.
I wanted to solve this issue immediately.
