Blue Dart Express — No attempt to deliver consignment and false updation of status

This consignment had reached kanpur on 27 march 2016 and since then there has been no attempt to deliver the same and when I called them, they very rudely told that it has been sent back.
They kept the consignment for 6 days without even attempting to deliver or call and falsely updated the status as "address not located". This is completely unprofessional and disgusting attitude that I and many others are facing.

Please do the needfull at the earliest or else people will loose trust in Bluedart.
