Blue Dart Express — no contact from blue dart begusarai office | |||
I had ordered few items from an online site, which was couriered by the shipper to begusarai through bluedart express (Waybill no:[protected]). While the tracking status on website showed that the consignment reached the begusarai office on 9th june 2018, i did not get any intimation through call or message regarding delivery. On 12th june 2018, 4:21am, they updated the status as "consignee out of station" while i was staying in begusarai for past few weeks continuously. While i tried to contact the begusarai office, the phone number given in the website was wrong. Their contact number is not available with bluedart customer service as well. I would like to receive the consignment at the address that i have provided online as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Had to receive a courier on 6/6/18 but when I tracked my shipment it said "Premises Closed" while I was present in the house waiting for the courier. Faced a similar experience when my passport had to arrive. Too much delay in delivering the product, received only after I spoke to customer care twice that day. Now the same thing is repeating

Consignment no. [protected]. Your customer care Manager was aruging that the PIN CODE mentioned is wrong. Your courier has really gone down in terms of your services.. I will not use your services any more nor will our corporate use this

Local office from Botad refused to deliver my parcel, saying You have to Collect your parcel from our office and also saying will give your parcel to some stranger to handover.Way bill No-[protected] Request your positive revert..Regards,
