Blue Dart Express — No notification on undelivered products | |||||
I am Rahul bearing tracking number [protected]. My citibank debit is undelivered due to security not allowed them inside. Blue dart didn't call or text me for undelivered. When I called customer care, due to security not allowed to come inside our premises they didn't deliver the debit card. This is completely unacceptable because no one is allowed inside in our campus. Everyone should deliver outside premises. How can I pickup the consignment as I will be in the same office from monday to friday 9AM to 6PM. And customer care doesn't even try to understand my concern and talking harshly. And they are saying previously we text you regarding undeliverable and that is previous delivery. Please try to understand my concern because we are not here to followup for deliverables.
