Blue Dart Express — no pick up done till date

I have called bluedart customer care several times and got token number several times for a courier pickup but till now no one has come for the pickup. I have to send a wrist watch for repair to fossil india pvt ltd in bengalure (Pin 560008). I want to send it from my place bhilai (Pin 490009). Fossil company had asked me to quote their account number 112276 for courier pickup. Despite getting token numbers so many times, no one has come for the courier pickup. Please look into the matter and get my courier pickup up as soon as possible.
