Dear sir, I have received msg from HDFC bank that my packet has been couriered from Blue dart awb no. [protected] on 07.01.17. On checking from your site we have come to know that same has been delivered at your local office on 09.01.17., till date packet has not been delivered, even today i have called your local office as per him it will be delivered on 12.01.17. We never expect such bad service from company like blue dart. it takes 3days to deliver a packet by your local office. Please see to it...my contact no.
