Blue Dart Express — Non-Committal on delivery and bad behaviour of Bluedart staff | |||
My AWB [protected]/3.2.2017, Mumbai to Jaipur. While booking packet at Bluedart counter, delivery period confirmed for 24hrs (they checked my delivery pin code of Jaipur address). Charged me Rs.350/- for less than 500gms. On followups, Mr. Abhijeet Naik, customer care was rude and non-responsive and said they will get back to me only on 6.2.2017. Will Bluedart compensate my losses incurred, due to non deivery, within 24hrs(their commitment) and rude and non responsive behavior. I find BLUEDART is looting people, charging high price and fooling with delivery dates (inshort, they are non-commital on delivery time). Your delivery boy is not delivered my parcel at my doorstep he call me always another place to receive my parcel I am the regular customer of amazon india my parcel come from your courier company my address is middle of the city and my address very easy to find but your delivery boy making not so easy and call me to come and receive my packet self
