I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Blue Dart Express Services regarding the non-delivery and false delivery status of my parcel (Waybill No. [protected]). The parcel was picked up from Bhubaneswar Axis Bank on 24th May 2024, destined for Axis Bank Jeypore at NH 43, near Inspection Bungalow, Jeypore 764001, Dist. Koraput, Odisha.
Despite Blue Dart's tracking system indicating delivery on 27th May 2024 at 9:14 PM to Axis Bank Koraput, located at Unit No 3, Main Road, NH 43, Koraput 764020, the facts indicate misconduct. Axis Bank Koraput closes at 8:30 PM daily, making the recorded delivery time impossible. Moreover, Axis Bank Jeypore confirms non-receipt of the parcel.
This discrepancy in delivery addresses and times is unacceptable and misleading. I urgently request a thorough investigation into this matter, clarification on the actual delivery status, and appropriate action to rectify this error. Enclosed are supporting documents for your review.
