Complaint against non-delivery of letters/atm card - today i have to receive atm card from axis bank ltd with track number: [protected]. I was tracking the same since morning - at 3.27 pm (Dt.27/10/2018) the letter was out for delivery. To my astonishment at 4.45 p. M the delivery man posted a statement that delivery attempted - recipient not at home - never made attempt my house nor telephoned to me about the letter or no message or paper kept to intimation of attempt made by him. Whole day i am at home to receive the letter, hence wasted my time. Instruct your manager/delivery man/dealing staff to deliver the letter to me immediately through contact no.[protected]/[protected]. My mail address madan.
