Blue Dart Express — Non-Delivery of My Parcel AWB: [protected]

I am extremely disappointed with the great service provided by your team regarding my shipment (AWB: [protected]). This is the second time I am facing this kind of Issue in a short duration of time.

If you are unable to deliver, why are you taking parcels? The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 31/05/2025, yet it has not reached me till now. To make matters worse, no one from your team even bothered to contact me, and instead, you falsely updated the status as "consignee not available."
