Blue Dart Express — Non-delivery of parcel | |||
I am shanto paul, from irinjalakuda. I am a chartered accountant working 20 km away from my residential place. Daily morning i leave my home at 7.45 am and will back at night 7.30 pm. A parcel sent by yes bank at my residential address through your courier company. A call received from your branch irinjalakuda on 12th and informed me that a courier on your name has come in our office. Then i said to him i cannot come and collect because i am at office and so requested to deliver at my residential address already given. Distance from your branch to my house is around 1km. It is very easy to find out my house because my house is situating in a prime location. Subsequently i got a message from yes bank that attempt to deliver welcome letter for your yes bank could not successful due to address unlocateable. It is very clear that your staff has not gone to my house. It is purely showing irresponsibility. If your company provide such type of services and staffs in your branch, no one will prefer your services. This issue i already communicated with yes bank officials. Your staffs are lazy fellows and they just calling and informing that your parcel come and please collect. This is not a courier service. Actual courier service, the service provider will deliver the items on the specified address location. Request to take a serious action on those staff did default in his service.
