Blue Dart Express — non delivery of shipment waybill no [protected] | |
I ordered notes from marrow (Waybill no [protected], pickup date 19 jun 2020, from bangalore to guwahati, reference no 5bb12467cef5915108e4) on 16th june 2020 and the shipment reached guwahati warehouse on 26th june. As guwahati was in lockdown for three weeks i waited patiently for three weeks for delivery of the shipment, but even after lockdown being uplifted since 19th july 2020 the shipment is still not delivered. I have written three mails complaining about the same. They responded to the mail saying they would guide me through the process but nothing happened. I even tweeted regarding the same on twitter. I called the customer care services on 29th as well as 30th july where i was told that my shipment will be delivered that day itself but i didn't receive any call from bluedart guwahati warehouse. On tracking details, it shows that shipment arrived at guh-apex sfc etail pud on 22 july 2020 at 09:24 hrs. Since the shipment contains very essential study material, i am facing a lot of difficulty in continuing my education. The delay has created a lot of inconvenience. It's been more than a month that the shipment was picked up. And all my attempts at contacting the services and making sure the shipment is delivered as failed and hence i am writing this complaint.
