[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — non-delivery of the product | |||||
I bought a product from amazon. It shipped from u. S. The product successfully landed in india. Custom duty and other formalities are also cleared. I was told that the product is with blue dart now, and it will get delivered shortly. [protected] is the provided awb no. But blue dart shows that no such awb exists at all. I tried to contact but the contact no. Is not working, i also sent them e-mail, but they didn't reply! Please deliver my product! I cannot believe this behaviour of blue dart. No system updation, no reply to the e-mails of customers, non working contact no. & non-delivery of the product! I am also attaching a screenshot where i was told that the product is with bluedart and the awb no. Is also written there. Deliver my product as soon as possible. Sep 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The very same day I made the complaint, they started to show my product in their tracking system, and within 2 days delivered the product. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
