Blue Dart Express — non receipt of awb [protected]

I was supposed to receive the shipment from axis bank through blue dart. However i have received a message that shipment has been delivered on 24.12.2019 and some one by name harold received it.

I have enquired from the manager of my apartment and it is not received by them.

Today, i have lodged my compliant in your customer care and i have been told that i ll be contacted by their staff within 48 hours. However i haven't been provided with any complaint no.

Please look into the matter and ensure that my shipment is delivered to me immediately.
