[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — non receipt of delivery of packet containing pan card

Status of airway bill no. [protected] is "delivered on 21/10/2017".
But in fact i did not receive the parcel containing pan card. On that day i was out of station.
Can you state me to whom parcel was delivered.
If not delivered then please rearrange to deliver.

Sir, Regards, In fact I promptly received response as in addition to complaint with your forum, I sent mail to blue Dart. I even received a call from them. But my issue resolved by making contact to Sholapur helpline.Executive told me that my PAN Card IS DELIVERED to PAN CARD CENTRE. I collected it therefrom. Thx to your forum and Blue dart, Mumbai and solapur office especially. U B HEJIB
