[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — not delivering my courier [protected] | |||
Hai I got my hdfc credit card sent through the blue dart on 22 dec 2017. But still i did not received my card, i spoke to customer care service to sent it to my home address but everytime i get a call from courier person he behaves like a new person and ask me about the availability time and never respond again this repeats with new person everytime. I asked for scheduled. Pickup but they are even not doing that. This courier problem i faced it 3rd time i feel bluedart should be closed if they are unable to satisfy the customer needs. Waste of having a company to deliver the items. I also feel hdfc not to choose this courier to send the credit cards. I hate this service of bluedart in delaying my courier and showing status as custoner not available. Please if you feel you are responsible to satisfy your customer please do a needful.
