I have been using bluedart services for a long time now, usually during purchases from online shopping sites like amazon.in.
It is extremely disappointing to inform that bluedart centre at ettumanoor
Address - bluedart express ltd,
C/o thiruettumanoorappan logistics,
Gr floor, vettoor building 7/950c,
Opposite sbi, ettumanoor 686631
Is refusing to deliver the package at the prescribed address (6km away from the office) and insisting on collecting it from their office even after repeated requests. It has happened many times so far
Latest being regarding an amazon.in purchase with waybill no [protected] and reference number b[protected]
The response from the person in charge at your ettumanoor centre is disrespectful and even after repeated requests and informing that i would be forced to complaint to higher officials if this is the case, they blatantly said that 'if you want your package, you should come to the office and get it, otherwise you wont'
This particular dealer is harming yhe reputation and goodwill of entire bluedart. Hope that you take necessary actions so that it doesn't repeat and we get our products delivered to our address Was this information helpful? |
