My Way bill no: [protected] I need to get courier from HDFC Bank through blue dart. i received a phone call from [protected] at 4:04Pm dated 21/3/2017 informing that i have a latter, are you in home? i said my wife will be home so please delivered. but he did not come to my home. and also he did not ring to me ( because i did not get any call). From yesterday i called the customer care no ( [protected]) and they promised the latter will be delivery today but still now i did not get any latter. Today a phone call came from this no: [protected] and said that your address is not their, i so confused its my own house. Its very poor service.
