Blue Dart Express — Not giving any update of my parcel location

Hi, I have been constantly trying to track my order [protected] dispatched through Blue dart. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd May 2022 in prayagraj but on the website there is no current update available. After this I contacted the company through email and they themselves don't have any update yet of my parcel location. Blue dart courier service is very responsible towards the customers. Neither do they deliver on time nor they give any update on the issue. Even after reaching the destination City they keep the order in their hub and do not deliver for days.
