[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — On hold for paper works???

I order a product from ebay it was suppose to reach me by 1 week now it is more than 3 week and when i track the shipment i see only one thing on hold for regulatory paperwork, i have not yet received the product . The product is in salem hub 29/02/2016 to till now. Why is it taking so long to reach ??. My airway bill number:[protected] ?? Who many more day will it take ?? The product is 8k worth
