I purchased samsung galaxy f13 on 15th july from samsung website. Today is 20th july. Blue cart is the package handler. The shipment has reached muzaffarnagar, and is out for delivery on 19 July, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.
I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And samsung support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.
Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

If bluedart team finds it, please reach out to me. You have the tracking id. I am ready to come to bluedart office instead as well to gather the package if it works.

And i had done some previous order and they came on time and on my address..
