I applied for Axis Bank Credit Card which was couriered through Bluedart Courier Services vide AWB# [protected] which was to be delivered to me by 13th of May. Till 19th of May my card was kept in at the main hub of Hyderabad and on 20th of May in evening I got SMS that Bluedart attempted delivery and i was not present at the delivery address. This was a lie as I was available at my mailing address and my phone was switched on the whole day.

I waited for 2 weeks to get my delivered but in the end, Bluedart cheated me and Axis bank by not delivering the card citing fake reason that i was not available at the delivery address but in reality they never reached my address nor contacted me so i kindly request concerned authorities to check the malpractice of bluedart courier services hyderabad branch

    Actually IDFC BANK send card for my wife via bluedart courier.I’m checking the online tracking it showing that consignee address is incorrect, and i received at the time of 12:40 pm.I’m not received any phone call at your end.       I used same address for receive parcels for past eight years but I did not have any address or pincode incorrect issue. but this time Blue dart statuses meant "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect ". How it would be incorrect? why faking status? Delivery agent why not called me before update status?????

          Dear Team,
          My courier booked on dt.08.05.2023 and delivery date is 13.05.2023 to 15.05.2023, but the courier has not delivered. After i have checked by courier number status not delivered due incomplete address. Your delivery boy came to my address but was not given to my courier after I discussed with her courier handover to the Security Guard. But not given my courier and undelivered status showing incomplete address.

            I ordered boult audio x45 headphones on 9th May 2023 and the order was supposed to get delivered on 11th May 2023 but I haven't received it till today and it is saying consignee out of station/consignee refused to recieve order but why should I refuse to receive my order as I highly need it and yesterday it was shown like order was cancelled by you when I didn't even thought about cancelling my order wont the delivery persons have recharge in their mobile they can atleast call once please resolve this issue and work so that future customers don't have to face these type of issues next worst experience I ever faced in my life next time I'll order it from amazon or flipkart but eo t ever be dependent on this bluedart

                My shipment with reference numbers E[protected] and E[protected]. I stay in hyderabad. These are my very important documents that I need within two to three days. The status on bluedart shows it has been delivered in Mumbai.

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of attention.

                  The complainant was not resolved through consumer complaints website, I picked up my parcel my self. Worst service by blue dart. I think this problem never end, no care by blue dart team... 👎👎👎👎

                    I ordered one product one shopping site, it supposed to deliver via bluedart awb no [protected], no body called me for delivery, now it's showing Consignee Refused To Accept, what a frustrating behavior, how can you auto reject it with my consent, i saw it came to nearest hub from 2 days ago.. Very bad service

                      For some reson they are refusing to deliver me my parcel.
                      First they told me it's from there side.
                      Then try told me the sender didn't game them precise location so they didn't deliver and didn't even call me. I've to call customer care then only I get to know this.
                      After that now they are saying consignee refuse to accept.

                      Please someone help me with this. I really need that parcel ASAP.

                        While applying for us visa stamping i already paid the charges for my querier delivery of my passport and my wife's passport along visa processing fee.
                        After visa stamping, the passports were delivered to my home. However during the delivery i have been asked to pay rs.650 each as delivery service and got collected by delivery person through phonepay.

                        The above delivery charges were never documented. Why additional delivery service charges were made? Is it correct ?

                          My Blue dart package was supposed to be delivered on 4th May 2023. I was out of station and couldn't accept the package. The second delivery attempt was made on 5th May and I was still not at my place. I requested the delivery person to come on 6th May as I would be present by then.

                          He straight forward denied my request with an argument that my package would be returned to destination if I don't receive it today.
                          He was extremely rude and arrogant.

                          As far as I know there are 3 attempts made by BlueDart before returning the package. So, my request was valid.

                          I would like an apology from the BlueDart employee and would like him to deliver my parcel to my place.

                                The delivery status of waybill number [protected] says that consignee refused to accept it, whereas I did not recieve any delivery that day and did not get any call from delivery partner of bluedart. Inspite of sending mails, I've not been given a solution or my product.

                                    Please create awareness about your company policy for verification . Today your delivery person refused to hand over a credit card of my son who was at work even after giving him the OTP received on my sons mobile. He insisted on my ID proof & when I gave him my PAN card he noted down my PAN no. Of what use is the OPT & also why should a customer give ID numbers to courier delivery individuals. Is this your company policy or is it done at an individual level. Please clarify or rectify the flawed policy.

                                      I was supposed to have my pakage in 27th of April but The Delivery guy contacted me once and told me that He is coming but never came, after half an hour I received a notification about how I was not available so I didn't get my package but with that message I got a link to reschedule my Delivery so at that point I was still not much angry but well to my suprise that link is dead. I thought that maybe on the official BlueDart site Iight be able reschedule and there was option for it but when I enter my Phone number of Rescheduling I always receive the error that you are not using the Number assigned to the waybill Number which I am sure is very wrong because I am using the right Phone number.
