Tracking says Delivered. But shipment not received

I ordered a gift for a friend. It was supposed to be delivered today. We all are eagerly waiting for it to arrive. The tracking kept saying it's on the way /Despatched. But suddenly it says it's delivered. I have not recieved my shipment yet. The tracking ID is [protected]. I need my parcel asap as per schedule.
Kindly clarify....

I have ordered my order on 29 June 2023 and the estimated delievery is 3rd July 2023. On 2nd July, I am getting the status update as incomplete/incorrect address that shouldn't be the case as the address has been provided way too many times to bluedart and they are successful to deliever my item.

I haven't recieved any call regarding the address update if they found any issue for the same.

Isn't it concerning that way many complaints are same I.e. incomplete address/incorrect?
Please help me out as soon as possible.

    I am trying to get in touch with Blue Dart customer care [protected] since today morning.

    1. The phone connects and then after 3 seconds says that the number is busy and disconnects
    2. Rarely I get past this stage but the IVR does not accept any input. When I press 1 to enter tracking number nothing happens.

    BlueDart is expected to fix this misbehaving IVR process

      Hi, I have not received any call from bluedart yesterday . I have received sms that my order would be delivered on 28th June 2023. But have not received any call from them and the tracking status is marked as Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. This is not at all expected from bluedart . I am worried about the courier as it is related to my bank credit card. Please do the needful. The location is shown in the tracking link that it is near to my area. Kindly ask the delivery person to contact before updating any status.

        I have been recieving messages that my shipment would be delivered by 28th June
        And still the courier has not been recieved
        i have been checking the trackment. It reached to near by hub yesterday itself. But no body has contacted me . Please understand that I need to go out of station in other day and so I have applied for my cc one week ago. There is a way too much of delay in the service. kindly do the needful

              My blue dart courier got delivered to a different person and it's showing delivered. The person named "Loganathan" recieved the courier but i don't know anyone in that name in my locality.

                  Worst delivery service and delayed service

                  Address: Bachupally, Hyderabad

                  This Bluedart service is the worst among all courier services.
                  They simply do not attempt the delivery and say "Consignee not available".

                  I am specifically talking about the Bachupally Branch, Hyderabad. Whenever I get the message that my item will be delivered by bluedart I need to mentally prepare that the item won't be delivered or it would take alteast 3 weeks to deliver.

                  I dont know why organizations...

                  Please refer the waybill number [protected]. There has been no update in the delivery from the past 2 days and still there is no clarity as to how much time the delivery will take. Can you look in to this and ensure delivery happens at the earliest?

                    I opt prepaid services and my parcel tracking number [ [protected]] was dispatched on 18 June 2023 but now its showing Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt without any reason.

                    I need this parcel to be dispatched urgently. i called to blue dart customer care but no one picking the phone nor giving me proper response.

                          I had sent the passports through above awb no.
                          The passports still remains undelivered.
                          The customer care is saying that it is in bengaluru hub/warehouse. But our local customer care has not received any confirmation regarding the same. We had travel planned on 25/06/2023. Please guide

Press 9 to connect to customer care" Upon connecting to the extension number, I explained to the person that I haven't ordered any parcel or sent any parcel from Blue Dart.                               I ordered my product on 8th june. On 12th, i got the message that my product will be delivered that day.

                              But whole day passed and my package never arrived.
                              I checked at night It said
                              "Consignee's address incorrect/incomplete"

                              They said the delivery guy came but couldn't find the address.
                              Firstly, i got like 3 messages that said my package will arriving but didn't receive any message for this problem. If I didn't check myself, maybe my product never would've arrived.
                              Secondly, why did i not get a single call to confirm it. I mean that's why we provide the contact number for.

                              It's 13th june now. I contact the cus. Care and it says all lines are busy.

                              Please get my package to me.

                                Hello Bluedart team,

                                I have ordered a Computer table from Amazon on June 2nd 2023, the delivery should be done by 06th June 2023 and the courier reached the destination and showing as out for delivery from June 06th 2023. I have reached out to Blue dart customer care on Friday, Saturday and today also, but they are keep on commenting as of tomorrow.

                                Will my package will be delivered to me or not ?
