Blue Dart Express — package stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week

My package is stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week. The reason stated for the same is "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". Ideally if the delivery person is not able to find the exact location of the address, then he should contact me in my number. But in this case i haven't got a single call from bluedart. I have sent emails to bluedart customer service on this, they just revert back saying "we regret the inconvenience caused in this regard. We informed our concerned delivery station to contact and deliver the shipment on priority.". But no actions have been taken so far and package is still undelivered after more than a week.

My pan card is just arrived at blue dart office muzaffarpur (bihar) but they are not deliver the pan card at my home address. They said he is not the concern person to deliver any shipment to the given address
I like they are very irresponsible to their job.

My corrier pod no. [protected] has not deliver on my adress as it has already recieved in your office in faridkot yesterday. I went to your office they are not giving me as I have told him it is very urgent . The behiviour of the staff was very rude. Pls do needful
My courier reached bangalore on 27th Dec. Next day its shown as out for delivery but I was out of station so I told him to come back after 2 days. But now my tracking details showing that "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location". Please help me to get the courier
