Blue Dart Express — Packet from SBI (Bank) | |||
1. The delivery person came on 16 Feb 2017 at 17-51 hrs. Since I was not at home a 'Sorry' note was left. 2. The note did NOT give any contact telephone number for Blue Dart to check up on the delivery. 3. There was no prior intimation of the planned delivery. Such an intimation was given to me for my SBI Card two days ear;lier. This time no intimation. 4. There was no attempt to call or deliver again or check up on the delivery. 5. I traced the Blue Dart number on 20 Feb and called customer care. 6. I was told that now it woiuld take another 48 hours to deliver. 7. There was no apology for the non delivery. I was told that Blue Dart does not intimate deliveries regarding banks. This is false as I did get intimations earlier. 7. Extreemly rude behaviour of the customer care person.
