Blue Dart Express — Packet loss

Hi,

My packet was shipped from Mumbai on 9th Jan 2017. I didn't receive any packet and when I am tracking it using online tracking tool it is showing message me that packet has been delivered on 18th Jan 2017 to Abhishek. This is my name and from 1st Jan I am at London how can simply they say packet is delivered while I was not there. I called to respected blue dart center but no proper response even they cut my call and after that they are not picking any call from my no.

It really very disappointing for me. all courier guys are stupid person they don't know how to talk with customer.

My packet is containing some important document, I would request you kind do needful.

Sir,
my item pick up id [protected], The agent who come to receive the product his contact no is [protected], he picked it from me on 21 January 2017, Vss medical college, hostel no 3, but on Amazon it is showing that product has not received yet, sir kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem please, the product cost is ₹1199/-.
