Blue Dart Express — pan card misplaced | |||
I had applied for pan card for my son. It was dispatched through blue dart. The status on the nsdl site mentioned that it was delivered on august 03 and received by my son. However, we have actually not received it. When i inquired, i was first told that it has been delivered. When i confirmed the non receipt and complained on [protected], they started investigating. It was found that the delivery person handed it over to someone else. He did not take the person's name or number. He did not call me before handing over. I am absolutely disappointed to see that a responsible company like blue dart has delivery staff so irresponsible. I want the pan card delivered to me. Please note that pan is an important document and can be misused. Blue dart is responsible if any wrongdoing happens. Was this information helpful? | |||
